This includes market forecasting, health burden and economic assessments, pharmacoepidemiology, product safety and risk management plans, and the conduct of observational studies in Europe and the US.

MAPI-EPI is a global consulting group headquartered in London, UK and headed by William C. Maier, MPH, PhD.  Dr. Maier has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academic appointments in the UK (Dundee) and USA (North Carolina). In addition to publications on several topics, Dr Maier is an active speaker on Epidemiology, Product Safety, Outcomes Research and Product Risk Management.  In 2006, he presented the Risk Management Plan for Tysabri at an FDA public advisory meeting on Crohn’s Disease.
